Brenda Sakoui

painter

Originally educated at Ealing School of Art (1968-70), Brenda pursued her career as a painter years later in 1999.

She studied at Heatherleys School of Fine Art in 2005 and then at The Prince's School of Drawing. She also studied with Andy Pankhurst and Thomas Newbolt.

Her paintings have been noted for their unique mood, bold brush work and colour.

Working principally in oils and pastels, her interest lies in life study, portraiture, still life and landscapes, however, it is her floral studies that have captured the eye of art collectors, interior designers and indeed, other artists.

Apart from private collections, her work has residency in Libertys of London and Summerill & Bishop.

Brenda continues to paint both from her London home and her farm house in France.
